The Company is not affiliated with, sponsored, or operated by the U.S. embassy or consulate and/or any governmental agency or entity.
These Terms and Conditions explain the contracting conditions of the private professional assistance services in translating, fulfilling and submitting the application form for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form to travel to the U.S. offered to through this website (hereinafter, "the/our Services"). These Terms and Conditions must be accepted by the User, at the end of the first part of the selected form and prior to accessing the payment page for the private fee of our professional assistance services. Said acceptance is an express and clear declaration by the User that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The confirmation of the payment of the private rate of our professional assistance services automatically confers the User the status of Customer and his/her bonding with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "You", "the Customer"). We recommend that the User review these Terms and Conditions before paying for the private fee for our professional assistance services and, if he/she does not agree with it, the User must discontinue browsing this website and not proceed with payment of our private fee.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with new legislative and/or jurisprudential requirements and/or business needs or interests, at any time and without prior notice to the User and/or Customer. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately, at the same time it is published on this website.
These Terms and Conditions will always be available on this website so that the User and/or Customer can always consult them.

Our professional assistance services
The Company offers private services of professional assistance in the process of translating, fulfilling, and submitting the application form for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form to travel to the U.S. which includes:

The Company is not a law firm and, therefore, does not provide legal advice, and/or legal representation. The professional services offered through this website do not replace, in any case, a licensed attorney or specialized law firm. Hiring our professional assistance services
To hire our services:

You must be an adult and have the legal capacity to enter contracts, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of your birth and/or residence country; and/or

You must be the parent (father/mother) and/or legal guardian in case the application for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form is for a minor.
To hire our Services, you must follow the steps below:
Step 1: Complete the application form for obtaining or renewing a DS-160 form

Complete the selected DS-160 application form with truthful, correct, and complete personal data and private information. This aspect is important so that the U.S. embassy or consulate does not find deficiencies in the information provided by you.

Our application forms for obtaining or renewing a DS-160 form contain only those information fields that are strictly required by the U.S. embassy or consulate. In this regard, if you provide more information than is indicated to you in relation to your request to obtain and/or renew the DS-160 form, you consent to the processing of said personal data or information by the Company.

In the event that you provide us with personal information of a third party of legal age, as an applicant for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form, acting on your behalf and on your behalf, you guarantee the Company that (i ) you have informed said third party of the purposes for which your personal information will be processed and (ii) you have the consent of said third party to communicate your personal information to the Company. If the third-party applicant for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form is a minor, the above requirement will not be applicable as long as you are his/her parent (father/mother) and/or guardian legal; If not, then the previous requirement is applicable

Step 2: Accept the present Terms and Conditions
Once the first part of the application form to obtain or renew the DS-160 form has been completed and before proceeding to the payment page of our private professional services fee, you must expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.
Step 3: Pay our professional services fee
After accepting these Terms and Conditions, you will be able to access the payment page of the selected form, where you will be informed of the costs associated with it and the available payment methods.

By entering your payment information and confirming the payment of our private professional services fee, you expressly state that: (i) you wish to contract our private assistance services in the process of submitting your application to obtain or renew the DS-160 form and (ii) acknowledge that you have been informed and agree with the costs of the application process.
Starting of professional assistance services
Our professional assistance services will start:

Once it is confirmed that the charge of our private fee has been authorized. If the payment is not authorized, the Company reserves the right not to provide professional assistance services regarding the DS-160 form.

If the charge has been authorized, you will receive an email confirming the payment of our private fee, at which time the contract for the provision of professional services between you and the Company is understood to have been formalized, and the User becomes a Customer and is automatically subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Additionally, you will receive other emails (by way of example but not limited to):

With instructions to complete the second part of the application form for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form that you have selected and (ii) if necessary, indicating the additional information that you must provide together with the form.
Our professional and assistance services costs
The application process for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form has the following costs:

Our private fee for professional assistance services and consular fees are paid separately.
To receive professional assistance services, the Customer must previously pay our private fee once they have completed the first part of the selected application form for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form.
The amount of our private rate may vary depending on the current exchange rate of the local currency selected by the Customer to make the payment of our fee. This amount will be displayed on the payment page.
To proceed to schedule the appointment for the consular interview, the Customer must pay the consular fees. The fees will be paid directly to the U.S. embassy or consulate.

Remarks:

If you do not agree with the costs shown for the selected form, you should not enter your payment information. By entering your payment information and confirming it, you acknowledge and confirm that:

You have been informed and agree with the costs of the application form for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form that you have selected.

You are the owner or legitimate holder of the credit or debit card that you have entered to pay the costs. Of our private fees. Therefore, the Company will not assume any responsibility in this regard since such circumstance is beyond the reasonable control of the Company. However, if necessary, the Company will cooperate with the Customer and/or the judicial and/or police authorities for the detection and/or investigation of fraudulent operations that are related to the card used to pay the costs of our private fees.

The costs of the application process to obtain or renew the DS-160 form can be updated at any time, without the need for prior notice to the User and/or Customer, both by the U.S. embassy or consulate (for any reason) or by the Company (for interests or business objectives) that will be effective immediately, at the time they are published on this website

In the event of updating the amount of the private rate for our professional services, the change is not retroactive: the Customer who has contracted our services prior to the fee change will not be affected by said change.

The Company does not assume any type of responsibility regarding the rate of the U.S. embassy or consulate since the setting of the same amount is the exclusive competence of said agency.

The Company will not assume any responsibility for the taxes or surcharges due to the currency exchange rate imposed by the issuing bank of the debit or credit card used to make the payment of the costs of the application form for the DS-160 form and no compensation or refund will be provided to the Customer for such circumstances.

The Company reserves the right to make, on some occasions, special offers and/or discounts on its private rate for professional services. The User will benefit from the offer and/or discount only if he/she accepts the promotion notice. All special offers and/or discounts will be marked as such on the website and on the page of payment of the costs of the application process for the DS-160 form. If they are not marked as such, the Company will not assume any responsibility towards the User and/or Customer in case of obvious errors. We recommend that you read the special conditions of the offers and/or discounts before accepting the promotion notice and/or confirming the payment of the costs of the application form for obtaining or renewing the selected DS-160 form.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, either temporarily or permanently, the offers and/or discounts on its private services fee and/or modify its particular conditions, extend the term of the same and/or immediately exclude a User of these advantages, at their discretion and without prior notice, in the event of detecting any anomaly, abuse or unethical behavior of the User (by way of example but not limited to : massive selection of DS-160 application forms and/or other non-immigrant applications, fraudulent activities regarding this website, among others).
Payment of the costs of our professional assistance services
Payment of the private fee for our professional assistance services:

On the homepage of this website and/or on the page for paying the costs of the application form for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form that you have selected, the methods that are allowed for making the payment of said costs are shown. Do not try to make a payment with a method other than those indicated. If you do, the Company will not assume any responsibility for any loss of money or damage that may arise from such action.
We inform you that-
If your credit or debit card has been blocked, rejected, or has expired, it will not be possible to charge the costs. If such a charge is not authorized, our professional support services will not be provided. For any financial problem that you may have, you should contact your bank.

Credit cards are subject to controls and authorizations by the issuing bank. If said entity does not authorize the charge sought, the Company will not provide its professional assistance services and will not assume any type of responsibility in this regard.

Merchant of Record
The merchant of record will charge the private fee for the professional assistance services and, where appropriate, will refund said fee when requested by the Customer. For more information, see the sections "Cancellation of the provision of assistance services" and "Refund policy" of these Terms and Conditions.
The merchant of record has established the maximum security measures to guarantee the reliability and security of communications and interactions between the User and/or Customer and this website. In this sense, it must be denoted that the credit or debit card information used for payment is transmitted directly through a secure connection to the information systems of the Company's payment service provider/s. Consequently, the Company does not store the complete information of the credit or debit card used for payment, but only a few digits in order to identify the transaction.
The merchant of record also issues the invoice for the charge of the private fee for the professional assistance services when the Customer requests it by contacting the Customer Service. In this sense, the Customer authorizes the merchant of record to send the requested invoice preferably in electronic format.
Technical means to correct errors
Before proceeding to the payment page of our private professional assistance rate, you will have the opportunity to review all the data and personal information that you have provided in the application form for the DS-160 form selected by you and to make changes if necessary. It is very important that you ensure that the information completed is true, up-to-date, and complete so that the U.S. embassy or consulate does not find deficiencies to be corrected in your application form, which may delay knowing the result (approval or denial) of your request.
Similarly, if you detect an error in the charge made for our private professional services fee, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service to regularize the situation via email.
Cancellation of the provision of assistance services
The cancellation policy for the provision of assistance services is as follows:
The Customer may request the cancellation of our professional assistance services in the process of translating, filling out and submitting the application form for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form at any time, only if the request is made before the Customer receives the informative email with the DS-160 confirmation page.
The Company reserves the right to cancel the provision of professional assistance services, if the Customer performs any of the following acts - by way of example but not limited to :

Failure to respond to requests for the provision of documentation or correction of information that the Customer Service may make, so that the application form for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form of the Customer meets the requirements established by the U.S. embassy or consulate,

The assistance services will be canceled by the Company if the Customer changes the access credentials to his/her user account in the information system of the US embassy or consulate, or as an applicant for a DS-160 form, which is created by the Company on his/her behalf and interest, as part of the assistance services.

Failure to comply with any clause/s of these Terms and Conditions.
If the Company proceeds to cancel the provision of the Services for whatever reasons mentioned above, this will not entitle the Customer to request a refund of the private fee for the Company's professional assistance services.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before we have submitted the application to the Department of State, you can do so by sending a written cancellation request to the Customer Service. You will receive a refund of all prepaid fees, excluding non-refundable Government fees, and less $30 of processing fee for each transaction.
If you decide to cancel after the applications have been submitted to the Department of State, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded after your application have been submitted to the Department of State.
This Premium Service offers 100% Refund Guarantee in case of a denied petition plus other benefits that the Government doesn't offer. Our guarantee is a money-back promise if you are denied. Nobody can promise that your petition will be approved. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the exceptions established by the applicable laws and regulations in force, the application form for obtaining or renewing the Ds-160 form is a clearly personalized document since it contains the personal information of the applicant and is generated exclusively for the Customer. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is not applicable and, therefore, the Customer cannot exercise it.
Exclusion of liability
- In accordance with the information in the sections "Our professional assistance services", "Contracting our professional assistance services", "Costs of our professional assistance services" and "Payment of the costs of our professional assistance services" of these Terms and Conditions:
- The responsibility of the Company is limited to providing support to the Customer in translating, filling out the application form for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form so that it meets all the information and form requirements established by the embassy or U.S. consulate.
- The Company will not assume any type of responsibility for the following circumstances:
- Approval or denial of the request to obtain or renew the DS-160 form by the U.S. embassy or consulate, for any reason.
- Cancellation of the previously scheduled appointment for consular interview, without notification or notice from the U.S. embassy or consulate.
- Rescheduling of the prior appointment for consular interview by the U.S. consulate whether or not it has informed of the reasons for rescheduling.
- Delays in scheduling an appointment by Customer Service because the Customer has not made the payment of consular fees.
- Payment of one or more application forms for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form is made with the same debit or credit card, without the consent of the cardholder.
- The Customer is not an adult and/or does not have the legal capacity to hire our professional assistance services according to the laws and regulations of their country of birth or residence.
- The illicit processing of personal information of an applicant to obtain or renew the DS-160 form of legal age because the transferor has not obtained the express consent of said applicant for the communication of their information to the Company. In this case, the reasonable effort of the Company will be limited to informing the applicant about how their personal information has been accessed and (i) requesting their express consent to continue the processing of their data (ii) if necessary, request the transferor of the information to confirm that they had the consent of the owner of the personal data to communicate it to the Company.
- The illicit processing of personal information of an applicant for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form who is a minor, since the transferor is not his or her parent (father or mother) and/or legal guardian. In this case, as soon as the Company detects this circumstance, it will proceed to take the measures it deems appropriate to resolve the situation.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions have been created and will be governed by the applicable laws and regulations in force in Miami, Florida USA.
In case of any controversy or disagreement that may arise or be related between the User and/or Customer and the Company by these Terms and Conditions, it will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and/or competent courts of the place of residence of the User and/or Customer.
The nullity, total or partial, of any of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions will not affect the validity of the other provisions.
The decision by the Company not to exercise any right provided or derived from these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed under any circumstances as a waiver of said right, unless the Company expressly rejects it in writing or there is a prescription legal action that corresponds in each case according to applicable laws and regulations.
Customer Service
The Company has a Customer Service available 24/7 to facilitate communication between you and the Company, which you can contact via email.
The Customer Service will respond to questions, suggestions, and/or complaints related to the professional assistance services that the Company offers in relation to the application process for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form. Likewise, the Customer Service will manage the reimbursement requests that, where appropriate, the Customer makes.
The communications of each Customer are carefully reviewed, individually, so an attempt will be made to respond in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within the period established by the applicable laws and applicable regulations.
In order to properly identify you in our information systems and confirm that the interested person who has contacted the Customer Service is or has been, indeed, a Customer of the Company, as well as for reasons of security and confidentiality of personal data; Customer Service agents may request: (i) the application ID that was provided with the email confirming the payment of our professional services fee and/or (ii) some of your identifying data, before proceeding to attend and respond to the request made.
